Ana Romãozinho (Portugal, 1996) lives and works in Lisbon. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon, where she is currently completing a PhD in Fine Arts in the same field. Ana Romãozinho’s practice is eclectic, with drawing, gesture, and composition at its core. Her work unfolds through a fascination with language and its play, with forms, the ways they take shape, and how they may be received. Inevitably, her process returns to drawing—a generous act of sharing, open to all, that records both thought and transformation within her practice.

Her work is featured in several collections, including the Carmona e Costa Collection, the FLAD Collection, the Manuel de Brito Collection, the Mário Teixeira da Silva Collection, and the Millennium bcp Collection.
