This body of work follows on from the “Fake Landscapes” project and presents two distinct but complementary series, which refer to the need to signal (call attention to) and consequently protect both nature in general and the female condition in particular.
Key concepts are implicit, such as: Transgression, Trapped, Wrapped, Embodiment… which are intended to raise awareness of a false signaling/protection of the elements of Nature and Woman by society, which in fact captures and imprisons them, redefining them and ultimately empowering them.
