Sara Graça (Portugal, 1993) is a multidisciplinary artist interested in questions of authenticity, poetics, improvisation, and emotion in material culture. She often compares her artistic process to composing songs, exploring repetitive gestures, rhythms, and variations. Her work resists fixed classifications, continually renewing itself with each project and expanding across installation, video, performance, and collaborations with music. She pays particular attention to peripheral materials and situations, exploring discarded or marginal objects that, once recontextualized, reveal an uncanny familiarity.
