Joanna Latka
“Sanatorium under the Sign of Clepsydra, by Bruno Schulz, inspires these drawings by Joanna Latka (…). There is a latent strangeness in each scenario, metaphorical and expressive signs of a dreamed reality, not always benevolent, and marks of a dreamlike horizon that borders on madness — the sanatorium. There is the feeling that everything is transitory and ephemeral, the certainty that time is fleeting (…) — the sign of clepsydra (…).” by Maria Isabel Roque about the work of Joanna Latka.
