Maria Durão’s work is divided between painting, drawing, collage and photography, provoking rare encounters between words and forms into a crossing of different languages that mix in one place representing everyday life and that, at the same time, move away from it. Her work is marked by the taste in book object and everything that it represents; since its in constant change, damaged, forgotten and destroyed.
