Vicente Blanco’s work offers us through his paintings and drawings the possibility of recreating (creating) a new language; allegories, metaphors and fables for a recomposition of a new desire, where an almost unrenounceable but therapeutic vulnerability leads us to the legend “love brings us to our knees”, as Oscar Alonso Molina suggests. In his works, meaning is suspended, like dreams that appear to us fragmentarily in wakefulness, and it is up to us to recompose them.
