Katarzyna Pacholik Kmanifests in her work the search for beauty in the most simple and commonplace, with the result of an image close to silence, where shadow and light are confused, where silence can be heard, clarity floats diffusely and the viewer loses track of time. The drawings presented here refer to the sensation of eternity that is perceived when contemplating the Dolomites, as well as their history, which dates back 250 million years, when this region was a primordial sea. The mountains we see today are partly formed by fossils and ancient coral reefs. Their velvety visual texture brings them closer to us.
